Also called the 90-day diet, this focuses on dissociated diet, based on 4-day cycles, which is repeated over a 3-month period. The Rina Diet is one of the most effective diets. Its principle is very simple and suggests what foods are easier to digest, but also what other foods you do not eat to see results. For us, it is much easier to digest a single type of food, in turn, the Rina diet being a dissociated diet.
Diet Rina: The risks to which you expose yourself and how to consume food properly
Like any other dissociated diet, the basic rule of success is to combine food. Often, the diets we follow do not work, not because we eat too much calories at a meal or because we eat sweets in excess, but because nutrients are not properly associated.
Unfortunately, the modern man, once sitting at the table, makes a series of mistakes that lead to weight gain. Yet he is very little aware of them:
• Consume unhealthy food;
• The food gates are too big;
• The number of meals per day is not enough;
• It does not associate food properly.
Generally, most people who opt for the Rina diet are interested in getting rid of extra pounds and less in improving digestion. What many do not know is that there is a connection between the digestive mechanism and the weakening process. Food combining rules focus on mixing foods containing different nutrients, and if these rules are not taken into account, they may experience unpleasant manifestations.
This way, you will stay away from digestive problems and you will manage to lose weight, but also to maintain yourself. On the other hand, combining nutrients improperly can cause some symptoms:

The three essential macronutrients pass through different phases, but especially in different digestive devices. These are the areas of the gastrointestinal tract in which each digestion occurs:

• Stomach proteins, small intestines;

Diet Rina: rules in combining foods and foods to avoid
The digestive device can handle any food while it contains the right ingredients. The organs involved (mouth, stomach, intestines) have adapted to natural combinations, not just to those “manipulated” by humans, such as processed food. Digestive enzymes will not fail as long as the necessary conditions are ensured, each with a specific action. For example, when you create a menu that contains compatible foods, the ingredients will be easier to digest and absorb.
Apart from the general rules, you have to take into account some very important aspects:
Do not mix more types of protein. Foods containing different types of protein should not be part of the same meal. Separates fatty and weak proteins.
Do not mix proteins with carbohydrates. Combining proteins and carbohydrates at a single meal will only make the digestive system work harder. Each nutrient requires different enzymes to function: alkaline for carbohydrates and protein acids. When alkaline enzymes come into contact with acidic acids they will neutralize and thus indigestion occurs. For example, never eat potatoes, pasta with fish and meat at the same table.
Fruits are always consumed on the empty stomach. Fresh fats are packed with the fastest digestion. They should be eaten for a long time by main meals or snacks. Because they are rich in sugar, do not combine them with other foods, not even vegetables or other crudities. Otherwise they will ferment.

The diet program of the Rina diet is very strict. Breakfast should always be served before 12 o’clock, while lunch and dinner should be served before 20 o’clock. If you do not follow the recommended schedule, the digestive process will be difficult and the weight loss program will be compromised.

For diversification, they can be replaced with juices, but without salt or sweeteners. Because the Rina diet is very permissive, if you feel hungry, you can still take a vegetable breakfast, but not earlier than two hours to the first.
The nutritional phase: between 12 o’clock and 20 o’clock. Between mid-day and 20 o’clock, you are in the nutritional phase, where most people serve lunch and dinner. During this time, the body is very active and the highest calorie consumption is taking place, and the nutrient needs are increasing.
Digestion phase: between 20 and 4 hours The last hours for a complete cycle corresponds to the current digestion. At this stage, the body is ready to extract and assimilate the nutrients from the foods consumed in the two phases. You just have to relax, rest or at least reduce the intensity of your activities. In this way, the digestive system can put an end to the role it has. To prevent unpleasant symptoms accompanying slow digestion, it is recommended that dinner be served at least three hours before bedtime. The rule remains valid after completing the Rina diet to maintain the results.
